We are currently trading Mortgage, Re-Mortgage, prime and sub-prime. Loan, secured and unsecured, prime and sub-prime leads within the lending market. Buyers purchase leads pre-matched to their criteria, sellers monetise sales leads that may normally go to waste.

Case Study

A well known major mortgage company was looking to monetise NPW (not proceeded with) mortgage and secured loan applications. This was mainly to do with applications which sat outside their standard underwriting criteria. Within 3 months LeadX had created over £100k additional net revenue for the company.

The company then used some of this revenue to acquire more suitable customers from LeadX based on a detailed profile provided. We have now forged a strong relationship with the company and continue to add value.
